The Reset (of a person)

Three phases of reset from negative periods of life.


  1. The Seeking- Seek the source of the negative aspects of your life. This could be physical, mental or emotional. One must seek to understand the source of their trouble in order to reset. Many times when we are suffering we tend to push it aside, or disregard it, don't do that, face it, make a choice to seek what about your life is painful and unhealthy.

  2. The Finding- Once you have found it, and named it, you can begin to process through it. It takes time to process mentally, to realize how you got to where you are, and how you could make a plan to heal. Spend time in the finding, look at everything.

  3. The Healing-Healing will always take time, having the desire to reset and heal from the negative impacts of life is the goal. We get stuck sometimes in the negative place, and begin to feel that we will always be in that place, this is simply not true, but it takes your mental power to believe that you will heal.
