Stay in bed longer and stretch...

1: Wake (naturally or with a gentle alarm) 2. Take a long deep breath 3. Stretch. Stretch your arms above your head, move them out to the sides, stretch, stretch. Lift your legs. stretch them each up. Point your toes to the ceiling, stretch. Do the scissors, stretch to the sides. Any and every stretch you can imagine, do it  before you touch those feet to the floor. Enjoy this, feel the control you have.  Get out of bed, good morning
