Safe Place To Land

Do you have a safe place to land, when life is spiraling out of control? Where do you go when everything around you feels uncertain and full of difficulty?

Knowing and finding your safe place is major! Your safe place might be people or a person, who you trust with your life. Those humans or that human, accept you fully, see your goodwill, and honor your life spark. They give you compassion and understanding, you can approach them with anything and know that they will never turn you away. You can be YOU, and they've got you.

Your safe place may be an environment, a place where you can go and be, where you can lay your troubled mind down and after time feel refreshed and rejuvenated. A place you can explore and expand in or experience goodness, a place that can distract you from the overwhelming feelings or mental bog. Your safe place may be an animal that physically brings you joy and companionship, a pet that you can touch, feel its warmth and use your human faculties to care for and give to. Your safe place may be an object, a thing that when you bring it into your environment helps to relieve you and bring you calm. Your safe place might be a class, a devotion or an activity that gives you stability and control, helps you to grow through and develop strength. Your safe place might be in prayer or meditation.

Wherever the place is, we all need to know where we can go when we need a safe place to land.

Today I wish you goodness and the knowledge of where you are safe.
