Connecting to others can help keep us safe. The way we think about people contributes to the connection. I encourage you to seek the real value of one another.

People can be very difficult to understand. Individual people are very complex. Similar to a mathematical equation, people all have different figures and sums, adding further to the complexity are the variables. One person's brain is producing double of a certain chemical compound, while another's is producing less, or none. One person intakes pharmaceuticals, minerals, herbs, water, while another intakes less, or none. One person uses their body in ways that produce different compounds, while another uses less, or none. (The variables go on and on) And in the end we have a sum. There are no two exactly alike and there are many unsolved equations.

Each person is made up of what they ARE, often they don't even “know” what that is, and much is being added or subtracted moment by moment. (Know they-self is always an honorable goal)

To “know” others, to care deeply (value) takes first knowing that we are each an equation made up of different qualities (quantities), wanting to be understood (solved).

Seeing people this way, can help you to value the differences, build understanding and honor the individual person, creating relationships that are REAL and helpful to your own personal journey. Growth often comes when you face differences, rather than similarities. Look for the value, seek connection and stay safe today. Thank you for reading.
