Practice Being Human

I read a short article on depression and what to do about it. It was all very practical stuff, that's what I loved about it, we often don't think practical, rather we see things bigger, harder, and often insurmountable. When helping those who are not feeling safe with themselves the best thing to suggest is "practical".
Examples of practical self care;
Bathing- Clean the body
Nourishment- Eat and drink
5 Senses- Touch something, listen to something, smell something (nice), Look at (watch) something, taste something (delicious)
Sometimes we forget what makes being human special, and we must remember.
If you are struggling to stay safe today, practice being human, start with the practical.
