Never A Worry
I must start this Blog with a person bit, I myself have had worries, and not just everyday worries, serious worry trouble, I would lay awake at night in worry. Worry being a state of mental exertion that you can do nothing about the problem at the time except run it over and over again in your mind. I was a worrier. Note the word, WAS, I can say that I have done an about face and I no longer am the girl who spends time in that space. Rarely if ever do I worry anymore, and it didn't just change over night, it took time, lots of time, and this one idea, It makes no sense to worry about the things you have no control over, because if you have no control over them it makes no sense to worry. (Indian proverb)
SO I began to ask myself:
Do I have control over this?
If not, release it from your mind.
If yes, how can I help this situation? what can I do?
Actively make a plan to solve the problem.
There are only two options, either let it go, or fix it.
Taking time to practice this way of thinking can and will help you if you yourself are a person who worries.
Never a worry, always a way.
