Mood Control

"The atmosphere was controlled by her mood."

Has your mood ever affected others around you? Why does this happen? Because we share the energy in our environment. Do you want to know what else? We often control the people around us with our mood, especially if it's a bad one. I've thought a lot about this mystery, those who tend to be the moodiest of people, often get exactly what they need and want through their ill temper. This mystery is profound because just like a child who throws a temper tantrum in order to gain his or her way, every day people, are living their lives continuing these "tantrums" using their bad moods to gain control of their environment.

To be fair, I don't think that most of us who do this are doing it "consciously", we do all like to have what we want, and when we are finding that our will is being thwarted our mood changes and we feel upset, when we feel upset we tend to express our emotions.

Becoming "aware" of our emotional state and doing the self work (self control exercise, mood care, breathing and mediation) learning self control so that we can create a safe and healthy space for ourselves and the people who share our environment, allowing others to feel safe and free to act according to their own will, even when we know we can get what we want if we get upset. Knowing you don't want to control another human, even if you could, because each person must become responsible for their own life and live it with their own unique soul and intention. Trusting in the universe for the best outcome, even if things are not going "our way".

We all have good and bad days, ups and downs, may we continue to work on ourselves, so that we can live side by side with the ones we love.
