Messy Mind

The hardest parts of living are the days when you just don't feel collected, when your mind is overworked, when you find yourself doubting yourself. These messy mind days can get the best of a good day, and can send a good week (or longer) into a frenzy.


I love the quote its just a bad day, not a bad life. Remaining in control of your feelings and actions while you're mind spirals out of control is not easy, in fact at times it can seem almost impossible. The most important thing to remember is that, bad days come, and bad days go. Grace for your messy mind when it does happen, and the courage to face yourself as you are in the moment. Facing your reality takes vulnerability, the ability to see yourself as human and "working on it" , "not perfect", and "always learning".


The next time your mind gets a little messy, take a break, take some time to reconnect with yourself and do some self care.


We all get messy and its okay.
