Confused often? Try These...

Updated: Nov 16, 2020

You CAN make good choices for yourself and live without confusion.

  1. If a choice or action doesn't feel right before, while or after doing it. DON"T DO IT AGAIN.

Practice building trust in yourself. Ask yourself personal questions such as, what do I want? Why am I doing what I am doing? Does this feel right? Write down your answers, and spend quiet time in conscience thought regarding your feelings. Trusting that you know what is best for your life, being confident without second guessing your actions or choices, will create mental clarity and remove confusion.

2. Feel the environment around you... Your energy field. If it doesn't feel GOOD, be willing to remove yourself from the environment.

Awareness of the fact that everything has energy. Are you aware of the energy around you? Is it uplifting, does it feel good, is it heavy or uncomfortable? Sometimes you encounter negative energy out in a public area, pay attention to what it feels like, and work to keep yourself safe in those environments, know that you can control your own personal environment, be willing to leave if you want. Keep your space feeling good, good energy removes uncertainty and confusion.

3. Remove all outside influence. Answer for yourself FIRST.

There is a time and place to invite people to help in important decisions, making sure that you have first spent the necessary time in self seeking and exploration. If inviting others opinions remembering that you will be making the final choice, and your opinion is the only one you have to live with. This can be especially difficult if you are a pleaser and wish to make others happy with your choice. Own your choices, trust your intuition, know yourself and remove inner confusion.

Practice strengthening yourself and little by little you will feel better. May you be free, and well.
