Conflict Guide
Updated: Oct 20, 2020
No problem is ever to big.

If you or someone you know is in conflict be a guide for resolution with these three easy steps. 1. Identify the problem. Connect to the problem. how do you/ they fit in? what is your/there part? 2. Listen to all sides of the story, gaining as much information as possible. Use: Empathy, Indian talking stick, I statements - more on these tools can be found by clicking on the word. 3. Build a workable POA (PLAN OF ACTION) Discuss the plan and how to build connection, or reconnection if the connection was lost during the conflict. (think win-win, ask growth questions, "how can i/we grow in this?" "how can i change the way i/we look at this?" *A solution starts with a thought, works through communication and follows with action.
