Check In

Often just taking a small amount of time to do a check in with yourself can create mental health and help keep you safe.

How are you? Think it out, talk it out, work it out. Checking in on yourself as you would on a close friend. What's been going on? Think it out, talk it out, work it out. Have you been worried or overwhelmed? Think it out, talk it out, work it out. Yes? This happens throughout a lifetime, its normal, every human goes through difficult moments. Acknowledging exactly where your mental state is right now in this moment, owning whatever it is, and doing the work it takes to clear any negative emotions. Yes, life is difficult for me right now. Yes, I'm struggling, Yes, I want the best life available to me, Yes, I will honor this journey. Think it out, talk it out, work it out.

Check in on yourself OFTEN. Knowing that YOU are the most important person in YOUR life, that you have been given this life to live to its fullest, and that your mental health, your thoughts and what you do about them is very important.

Are you safe? If you don't feel safe with yourself and your current thoughts, please reach out for help, professional care in available, you matter and people do care. (https://www.safefornowblog.com/need-help)
