How is your anxiety level today? Gauge it, place it on a scale. 1-10, 10 being the highest level of stress. Now where are you on the scale? What do you do when life stress is at a high?

Do you have a plan? Every human experiences stress on some level throughout a lifetime, preparing for what you will do when faced with a time of tension and distress is important.

Life has natural stresses, things that come and go, while other stress can have long lasting intensity and frequency. Each and every day we learn about ourselves and what can be done when we ourselves are experiencing stress. You have to make it up in your own mind that you are going to do the things that will keep you safe during the stressful times in life.

Taking care of yourself! Remember that self care is the easiest thing that can be done, yet one of the least thought of things to do when you are facing high stress. Self care is the conscience act of building up your own physical, mental and emotional well being.
